The World Bank : Financing developing nations since 1945.Just a tight snap I took of the World Bank the other day. Simply put, the World Bank is the bank for developing nations. This building at 1818 H Street NW is the bank's headquarters. This minimalist glass and steel structure captures reflection and light beautifully and is especially interesting in the spring, when the trees in the park across the street are blossoming.
