I-90 Confidential (Montana/Idaho)

Lisa Frank--a friend from my days living in Austria.

Monday night, we stayed with my friend Lisa Frank in Billings, Montana. Lisa and I met more than 20 years ago when I lived in Vienna, Austria. She treated us to a wonderful bit of Montana steak and Idaho potatoes I've ever had in my life! And Montana was truly as beautiful as people have said--Big Sky Country all the way. I'm reliving my recent road trip. I think it's so cool that sometimes we pass over the same road and other times we wonder if others will ever pass this way.

I hope all is going well.

Safe travels,- Andrea

Montana and Idaho are so beautiful. It's great that you got to see them covered in snow!

Andrea: The road trip was wonderful and quite memorable. I loved how unique each segment was and have wonderful memories from each. In fact, it's hard to choose which part was my most favoritest.

Maya: Montana was quite lovely, as was northern Idaho. I'd love to go back to Montana and see it in the summer.
