Fall
We're a couple of weeks into fall now in the northern hemisphere and the colors are starting to change. I went out for a walk this morning in my neighborhood and these are just a couple of the trees and changing colors I photographed. Now I have to find a weekend where I can make the two hour trip out to the Blue Ridge Mountains to see the colors on Skyline Drive...
So much beauty, so little time.

Your trees are gorgeous. We have NO color yet. Some falling brown leaves. I am wondering if we won't get any and then what will I photograph???? Geezz
Yes, I'm waiting for some dry weather to get out for some autumn photos before its all over. I love the light and colours in these two.
Oh your Fall is so lovely! You have all the reds and fire oranges!!! Love it!
VJ: Did you have a dry summer (low rainfall?) I hope you end up with some glorious fall colors!
Marley: Isn't rain just incredibly inconvenient for photographing this kind of thing? I'm hoping the weather holds until next weekend as I'm planning a trip to the Blue Ridge.
Prof: I promise, there will be more pictures like this in the weeks ahead, so come back for more!
Gorgeous! I spotted his little ears. :-)
Maya: Cute little guy, isn't he? (Or maybe it's a she. I have no way of knowing and they never stop to give me their names. Shame really, because I know we could be friends.)
Such a beautiful picture of tree in the fall season. I love it.
Anak: Thanks! I thought it was lovely, too. Glad you enjoy it.
