I love meeting other bloggers. D.C. is a HUGE blogging town and I'm continually meeting and getting together with other bloggers. Meeting bloggers who live in other cities is a new phenomenon for me and just as cool as meeting locals.

Maya: Thank you again! And I'll take you up on that. If you're ever out this way, I'd love to return the favor. I think we have a few things around here worth photographing!Janet Kincaidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01396294382570650966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2229381101096636687.post-90248998976126637842008-12-14T10:19:00.000+01:002008-12-14T10:19:00.000+01:00Great shots! You must have hardly breathed!

I recenlty met John from Manchester Past and Present. Isn't it great to meet another photo blogger?Such a small world sometimes:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2229381101096636687.post-27652170980578941292008-12-13T23:40:00.000+01:002008-12-13T23:40:00.000+01:00I like these. Whether Seattle will ever be the same remains to be seen. Let's just say, I discreetly left town the next day.

And you're right about tripods. They can be very cumbersome. There has to be a better way? Maybe a gyroscope in cameras? I don't know. Still, I think I lucked out on these shots.Janet Kincaidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01396294382570650966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2229381101096636687.post-81985201124095141802008-12-13T19:11:00.000+01:002008-12-13T19:11:00.000+01:00Bravo! Stay tuned! ;)

Although I enjoy using my tripod, it is cumbersome to carry along everywhere you go. Your "mistakes" created an excellent image as if on purpose or in phtotshop. Love your night shots!

Before it got cold up here, I lwould leave the tripod at home and use a light pole, building wall, etc. to brace tyhe camera against for stability. Much easier than toting a bulky tripod.Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06487228375145939026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2229381101096636687.post-85323107589669021722008-12-13T15:27:00.000+01:002008-12-13T15:27:00.000+01:00These are great and I see you keep your tripod whe...These are great and I see you keep your tripod where it belongs, in the trunk. Why bother when you can get so many shaky photos to delete later !
VVirginiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01152464973355194995noreply@blogger.com
